PaWLX meets the fourth Tuesday of every month from September until June, at Doc Hollidays, New Cumberland (unless otherwise advertised). Networking and ordering meals start at 5:30 p.m. The dinner and speaker starts at 6:00 p.m. You are responsible for your own check. Meetings can be hosted by member organizations that provide a speaker for the meeting they host. Meetings are bring-your-own, brown bag luncheon meetings. Speakers are given approximately 20 minutes, plus time for questions and answers. Members present are then also given an opportunity to discuss issues of concern, status of issues, and share other information. If a proposed piece of legislation is involved, members are encouraged to provide bill and/or printer’s numbers for quick reference.
Meetings are open to anyone wishing to attend. Reservations are REQUIRED, and you can make your reservation up to Noon the day before the meeting. You can email your reservation to janeconrad@comcast.net or call her at 717 774-1513. Each member is encouraged to attend or send a representative to every meeting so that information can be taken back to the organizations’ members and shared. |
